I'm a Lead Product Designer and design coach. I have more than 20 years of experience making web software. Oh, sweet, sweet ancient times when websites were built with Photoshop and DreamWeaver 😂

I help teams work better together and guide other designers to grow their skills, creating and adopting Design Systems, helping to build Product → Design → Dev smooth collaboration.

When I'm not designing digital products, I enjoy painting and designing furniture.
